Dr. Patricia Kinzel |
|
Dr. Patricia Kinzel has studied law at the University of Regensburg in Germany. Following her studies in August of 2002,
she began her position as Office Manager and Scientific Assistant to a Member of the European Parliament in Straßburg, Brussels.
While in this position, her focus was on the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Human Rights, Security and Defense. Additionaly, her work
covered the Committee of Development and Transport.
In the year 2005 she finished her Doctorate. She completed her further legal education
in Hamburg, Germany and worked - amongst others - for the High Court (Press and Family Rights) and the Senate of Hamburg. She acquired
further specialised knowledge as a result of her activities in a corporate legal department in the field of contract law, as well as a German
law firm in the field of intellectual property rights, commercial and competition law.
Since September 2007 Dr. Patricia Kinzel has
been working at the law firm Prinz Neidhardt Engelschall in the area of press and media law. |
